When nothing was available the idea of Walkingspree was born. These days I get my steps in playing tennis and parking far from entrances.

Our vision is to deliver on a quote attributed to Hippocrates – Walking Is Man’s Best Medicine. I walk the talk by maintaining a morning workout routine, walking a mile as part of my daily coffee-break, and I am active by playing club tennis. I encourage my family to be active by hiking with my wife and two sons on weekends.
