		<description>I find that walking is the best thing for me.The pedometer is great. I&#039;ve had it for almost a year. It&#039;s really great to read the other comments.  I do at least,from anywhere from12000 to 17000 steps at work a day.  I come home and walk anywhere from 2.5 miles to 4 miles a day. But now that it&#039;s cold out side I&#039;m looking for a indoor track.I live in Detroit.  Anyone know of one?    Gwen</description>
